At Bridge Analyzers we take pride in the fact that every Exhaust Gas Analyzer and every Modified Atmosphere Packaging Gas Analyzer we produce is made and serviced right here in our facility in Cleveland, Ohio, that is, our products are “Made and Serviced in America.”
Not only are they made in America, but they are also serviced by the very same men and women who make them. This continuity between production and service gives our technicians an intimate relationship and knowledge of every analyzer that comes out of Bridge Analyzers. This intimate knowledge gives us the ability to diagnose each analyzer that comes in for service in a very specific and immediate way. In house service on analyzers by the very same technicians who produced them allows us to have industry-leading turnaround time on service and repair work, which means that our customers get their analyzers back fast. In fact, we recently analyzed our service and repair data from the last several years and concluded that our average turnaround time for analyzer service – from check-in, diagnostics, and repair, to our quality control measures of gas testing, calibration, configuration, and shipping the analyzer back to the customer – was 4 and a half days.
The speed at which we can repair and return analyzers back to our customers has been a key point of differentiation from much of our competition and one of our biggest sources of competitive advantage. Many customers have switched from their current gas analyzer supplier to us because of this fact alone. For instance, a few months ago, a meat packaging customer of ours who had a few MOCON gas analyzers as well as a few of our Bridge MAP Tri-Gas Analyzers, complained to us that when her MOCONs needed to go in for repair it took up to a month to get them back; and she just couldn’t keep up with normal production with that long of a service lag time. MOCON’s slow service turnaround time was actually disrupting her normal production to the point that she just couldn’t deal with it anymore. She called us, complained about what was going on with MOCON, and switched to us.
At Bridge our MAP and EGA Gas Analyzers are made in America and serviced in America by the same people who made them.
It should be clear we take service seriously.
Whether we are servicing an MAP Gas Analyzer or an Exhaust Gas Analyzer, or just answering a customer’s question over the phone, we are always committed to carefully and accurately serving our customers in whatever way they need.
